What is your cancellation policy?

National or Local Emergency Cancellation Policy

In case of a national or local emergency such as Covid-19 lockdown, War, or a natural disaster etc, where we are forced to shut our business or are limited to providing certain services, we will make every effort to reschedule a suitable appointment. However, we will not refund the deposit or payment for treatment already booked due to the nature of the cancellation.

General Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend your appointment, we require 48 hours’ notice. If you fail to attend an appointment without giving due notice, we may charge a cancellation fee and require you to pay for all future treatments in advance. Clients who have purchased a course of treatment but fail to attend their appointment will be charged for their missed treatment.

Prior to your appointment we will inform you of any preparation required in advance of your treatment. Failure to follow the guidelines may result in cancellation of your appointment, reduced treatment time, or additional fees being charged.

We do not provide refunds for cancelled or missed appointments. Cancellation is accepted over the phone or in person at the Clinic. Cancellation via e-mail is accepted. Do not leave voice message regarding cancellations.

Please note clients can reschedule their existing booked appointment for a maximum of three times. Any further rescheduling will be at the discretion of Dermacore. Too many rescheduling per client in a very short time frame causes business disruptions which can affect existing clients.  Dermacore wants to ensure disruptions are set to a minimum and provide all clients the best flexibility and assured times possible.

What do I need to do before treatment/s?

What if I am late?

Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time or forfeiting of the appointment. Dermacore will endeavour to ensure that your appointment runs to time; however, should we need to cancel or postpone your appointment at short notice, we will make every effort to contact you in advance.

Do you offer finance?

We do not offer a finance option, however if you decide to book a package and want to pay in instalment, please speak to your practitioner at the consultation.

How much time should I allow for my appointment?

Please allow at least 20 mins for your first consultation. We recommend you arrive 10 mins early for your consultation to avoid any delay in case you have booked a treatment also.

Are there any free car parks nearby?

Yes, there are plenty of free public car parking spaces available near our clinic please check the map below. Are the treatments safe?

All our technology is FDA approved and has the CE marking, meaning that it conforms to the European Standards. All our treatments are fully insured & carried out by trained and certified practitioners.

Can I book consultation and appointment at the same time?

Yes, you can do that absolutely. For treatments such as Laser or IPL Hair Removal and IPL Skin Rejuvenation treatments, we highly recommend that you follow the pre-treatment advice (available on treatment page FAQs) prior to your appointment.
